When will I receive my Choresify Laundry bags?
1. Separate Your Clothes
First you need to separate your clothes by Dry Cleaning, Hang Dry and Wash & Fold.

  • Dry Cleaning are any items that can't be put in a dryer or that you want pressed and hung on a hanger. This includes shirts that are laundered, starched, and pressed.
  • Wash & Fold are any items that you want washed, dried, and folded.
2. Put Your Clothes in a Bag

You can use any bag you want. For example a garbage bag, drawstring bag, or shopping bag. Any reusable bags will be returned with your cleaned clothes. Your clean clothes will come back in a reusable Choresify Laundry bag(s) for you to use on future orders.

3. Label Your Bags

Attach a sheet of paper on each bag with your name, address, and whether the bag is dry cleaning or wash & fold. Please do not place the paper inside the bag as this can lead to the driver being unable to identify it. You will not have to repeat this process once you have the appropriate Tide Spin bag with your name on it.

4. Prepare For Pickup

Leave your bags at your drop off location by 8am on your scheduled day and a driver will pick it up by 5pm. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team. if you have any questions.
Do I need to sort the clothes or do any prep work in advance?
We want to make the cleaning process as easy and convenient as possible, so there’s no need to sort your clothes in advance.

While we currently sort and check all garments for stains upon arrival at the facility, to better replicate the in-person experience we ask customers to notify us in advance of any special cleaning requests, including stain removals and repair needs. There are a couple of ways to do this:

Email: send specific stain-removal or repair requests to our Customer Happiness Team. Include a picture of the stain or repair area and/or a description of the garment and the location of problem area.

Online Account: when scheduling a pickup from your Online Account, select the Laundry - Wash, Dry, Fold & Hang Dry to add any special cleaning notes for your next pickup.
What cleaning supplies do you use?
Detergent: For your convenience, we wash all loads in cold water. We give you the option to choose your own Detergent, Fabric softener and Dryer sheets. Everything is washed on cold and dried on low heat to avoid shrinkage. Hang dry is available for items placed in the orange hang dry bag ( coming soon).

Stain Remover: Our stain remover is a bleach-free pretreatment spray from Shout.
Do you offer alterations and repairs?
We don’t currently offer alterations..
What time are pickups/deliveries? Do I have to be home
Our pickup window is from 8:30 am-5pm and our delivery window is also between 8:30am-5pm. There's no need to be home for pickup or delivery. Simply leave the bags out at your preferred location by 8am on your scheduled pickup day and a driver will stop by during the pickup window to collect your bags. Your clean clothes will be delivered to your preferred location in 48/hrs.

Please note that our routes are set each morning, and we are currently not able to accommodate requests for specific pickup and delivery times. For timing updates, please contact our Customer Happiness Team after 8am on the morning of your scheduled pickup or delivery.

Who cleans the clothes?
Our goal is to treat your clothing with care and according to your preferences. We understand that when it comes to clothing, quality is of utmost importance. That’s why we’ve hired a team of experienced and dedicated Clothing Care Professionals and trained them on our specific cleaning process.

Wash, Dry, Fold: Upon arrival at our facility, each bag is checked in for cleaning. Clothes are sorted into lights and darks, pockets are checked, and clothes are scanned for stains and treated accordingly. Special instructions are automatically flagged by our system for our Facility Manager to address. Everything is washed on cold, dried on low heat to avoid shrinkage, folded by one of our professionals, and packaged for delivery.

Dry Cleaning: Any items you’d like dry cleaned should be placed in the White Bag- Dry Clean + Launder & Press to a local dry cleaner. The charge for this additional service is $10 courier fee + the dry cleaning cost. Items will be returned with your wash & fold laundry for your convenience.
How are the clothes returned?
Wash, Dry, Fold: All wash, dry, fold orders will be returned folded. The packaging process has been optimized for quality, so items will be sorted by category and then family member to the best of our ability. 

Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning and launder and press orders will be returned hanging.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Scheduling pickups with Choresify Laundry is easy, and we offer multiple scheduling options for your convenience. To schedule a pickup, you can simply click schedule a pick up on our site.

Customers have the option to schedule one-time pickups on an as-needed basis or recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedules for more consistent service.

You will always receive a reminder 3 days before and the night before your pickup, giving you the option to cancel or reschedule your pickup if needed. 
How does pricing work? Are there any hidden fees?
For our wash, dry, fold service, we offer simple, flat-rate per bag. 

Add On Services: 24/hr service - Ironing - Dry Cleaning are available for an additional fee.
