(“Choresify”, “Us”, “We”, or “Our”) that governs your use of our website and application for mobile devices (collectively, the “Software”), provided in connection with our cleaning services. We call all of the services we make available to you, including cleaning, the “Service.” By accessing the Site, or by using any products or services provided by Choresify, you agree to, and are bound by, the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in the Choresify Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users”).

Choresify reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service or Software at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Service or Software. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service or Software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

The Service is a communications platform for enabling the connection between individuals seeking to obtain cleaning services and/or individuals seeking to provide cleaning services. Choresify does not check the backgrounds of cleaning service providers via third party background check services; and, Choresify does not guarantee or warrant, and makes no representations regarding, the reliability, quality or suitability of such cleaning service providers. When interacting with cleaning service providers you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons whom you don’t know. By using the Service, you agree to hold Choresify free from the responsibility for any liability or damage that might arise out of the transaction involved. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ITS AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER OF THE SERVICE. THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, INJURY OR DAMAGE ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Methods of payment accepted: Company’s preferred method of payment is credit card. Company takes credit card data security very seriously and for that reason, it does not store credit card information. Instead, Company uses third-party payment processors that are Level I PCI DSS compliant to securely handle credit card information. These third-party payment processors that may be subject to security breaches and Company takes no liability for such events. If you need additional information regarding the payment processors, Company may provide the names of these partners. In special circumstances, such as custom projects, Company may invoice Customer. In these cases, payment is due within 15 days of receiving invoice. Checks are to be payable to Choresify Inc.

The materials on Choresify’s web site are provided “as is”. Choresify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Choresify does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Choresify or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Choresify’s Internet site, even if Choresify or a Choresify authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Choresify’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Choresify does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Choresify may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Choresify does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Choresify has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Choresify of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

Choresify may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Any claim relating to Choresify’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Customers must provide images of damage of both before and after the cleaning along with proof that damages were caused at the time of the cleaning. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning. Once the office receives the notification we will contact you as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within the next 30 days we will assume you do not want to have us resolve the issue and the situation will void.

If you decide not to continue our recurring service after the first cleaning, you will be charged the one time cleaning price.

Because we reserve a time specifically for you, please make any schedule changes before 12 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $40 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.

Maids are allowed an 1 hour window to deal with traffic, parking, and other surprises.

Maids have the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or feel unsafe/threatened. If you book a cleaning online that is not reasonable, such as a cleaning up after a large party, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot and you will be charged the maximum cancellation fee.

Booking a service online doesn’t guarantee you a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email with a confirmation.

 Re-Cleans

Any re-cleans will be done if not notified within 24 hours. Any re-cleans can only be done with the same maid and only within the first 48 hours of the initial cleaning. If you do not want the same maid to come you will be charged a fee for another maid to come out.

 Price Adjustments

If the pricing calculator underestimates the price of your cleaning and the condition of your home is much worse than predicted we do have permission to either adjust the price or refuse the service.
